Internship:
Content Creation for Jax State
Football
This work from my internship showcases my best photo work from working with the Jax State Football Team. I interned under the creative department for about five months and learned how to shoot sports effectively.
This photo was taken during the team's first week of fall camp. It was one of my first sports photos I have taken and was proud of. The composition tells a great story.
This photo was one of the first practice photos of mine that was posted on the Jax State Football’s Instagram page. It was also the first to get a lot of compliments from the creative team.
This was taken after a rainy day during their practice. I had to get a shot of the rainbow in the sky.
I think this photo is one of my best because you have the QB catching the ball while he is framed in between the defender and the offender.
Another practice photo of #0, Andrew Paul catching the ball. Photos of players catching the football will always be my favorite.
This photo was taken during practice, it was put into black and white because that was our theme for the week for our upcoming Kennesaw game. This was one of three others of mine that was posted on socials.
This one of the three quarterbacks being in sync while throwing the ball is one of my top favorites. I think it’s extremely artistic especially in black and white. I got a ton of compliments on this one. Our graphic designer told me it was “photo of the year” worthy.
This photo was taken during our away game at FIU. It was my first football game I had traveled to for the season. Deondre Johnson caught the ball in the end zone and scored us a touchdown.
This is another touchdown photo from the FIU game where our running back, Cam Cook, ran and scored us a touchdown.
This photo is another one of my top favorites because it was quick and happened in an instant. This was the reaction of a big play our team achieved.
This is another fan photo I really enjoyed once I edited it. It was after our win against our rivalry team, Kennesaw State.
This photo is also from the KSU game capturing Darrell Prater’s reaction to Jax State winning.
This photo was a touchdown scored by Caleb Nix against Delaware. We scored after recovering a fumble.
This photo was taken in the locker room after Coach Kelley’s first ever home game win against Liberty.
This is a detail shot I took before our game.
This was my first gamecock walk I ever shot before our home game against Liberty.
This photo was taken after our win against Western Kentucky which scored us into hosting/going to the Conference Championship game.
This photo of Deondre Johnson was also after our win against WKU.
This photo is of some Jax State fan’s reactions to us going to the Conference Championship game.
